Lawrence Lee and the first Kung Fu School in Fiji

During the late seventies Lawrence Lee, a Malaysian born Chinese Australian, changed the face of kung fu in Australia and the Pacific.

Rising to prominence in the early seventies with featured appearances in the record breaking documentaries ‘World of Kung Fu’ and ‘Kung Fu Killers’ Lawrence established a kung fu school network encompassing schools throughout the Pacific.

2018 Oceania Kung Fu Wushu Championships

Kung Fu Wushu Australia has organised the 2018 Oceania Wushu Championships and will be held on Sunday 21st  October 2018 at:

Springers Leisure Centre
400 Cheltenham Road
Keysborough, Melbourne,
Victoria, Australia

This tournament will have Wushu Taolu,  Wushu Sanda, Traditional Kung Fu and Traditional Tai Chi events.
